A London master, quietly, for 25 years.
David Barron trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in the East End of London, then styled movie sets and celebrities — it was his work on Fried Green Tomatoes that first brought him to Atlanta. Since 1996 he has run this Buckhead salon on one principle: enhance a person's individual beauty, without pushing a style or product just because it's trendy.
"The art of real hair cutting, no clippers — only shears."
Over the years his chair has seen a remarkable roster, from Glenn Close and Elton John to the Duchess of York and a U.S. president. But the truest measure is closer to home: clients who have trusted David and his colourists with their hair for a decade, or two, at a time.
